2ne1 on Philippine TV

The new popular Kpop group 2ne1 who are now gaining popularity in their homeland has been featured many times on Philippine TV since one of their member first gain her popularity in the Philippines (Dara), and because of that previous popularity many filipino fans of Sandara Park now called Dara are actively supporting her and her group and are very eager to know every recent activity they are in. Lately the groups song “FIRE” has been topping the charts in the Philippines beating other local singers in the country and and even David Archuleta in that case.

(added info: because of 2ne1 KPOP which is not really that popular in the Philippines is starting to rise along side with 2ne1, Super Junior and Wondergils has also entered the Top 10 on MYX, MYX is the widest Philippine music channel in the Philippines its just like MTV)

Yesterday in Entertainment Live (a showbiz talk show in the Philippines) aired an interview they had with Dara. Dara was interviewed by host Bianca Gonzales and Dara was speaking in tagalog(language used in the Philippines) in the interview Dara was asked several question and the other members of 2ne1 introduced themselves and speak in tagalog except for Bom.

Wonder Girls opening for Jonas Brothers Summer Tuor

One of the best opportunity that the girls ever had after trying to advance in the US Music scene finally happened last Saturday at the Jonas Brothers concert at Portland, the girls were the one who opened the summer concert for the Hollywood Band The Jonas Brothers singing there very first single which is an english version of their top rating songs “TELL ME” and “NOBODY”

well i guess the girls did a good performance though i would still prefer listening to their songs in korean…maybe they should make a new original english songsi think that would be better than translating their korean songs in english…well thats only my opinion

Dream Concert 09′

hey guys i’ve got some information about that upcoming 2009 Dream concert ^^

Date: 2009 September 26
Venue: Sangnam Stadium

Artists will be attending for this year’s dream concert includes:
Dong Bang Shin Ki, Big Bang, Wonder Girls, Girls’ Generation, Lee Hyori, Super Junior, SS501,Jewelry

A total of about 20 teams are expected to perform, & changes might be made to the list of performers.

Announcements will soon to be made on official websites bulletin board.
